Abstract

|
A 10-year old boy presented with sudden pain on left abdomen for 6 days. With urograms this case was diagnosed as unilateral hydronephrosis associated with ureteropelvic obstruction. The cause of the ureteropelvic obstruction was proven as fibrous band surgically.
He underwent left nephrectomy and was discharged on the 7th postoperative day.
